A: The Secretaries of Treasury and State have blocked the property of anyone who they determine: Has taken, or pose a risk of taking actions that undermine Lebanon's democratic processes or institutions, contribute to the breakdown of the rule of law, support the reassertion of Syrian control, or infringe on Lebanese sovereignty; Has materially assisted, sponsored or provided financial or technological support for the actions listed above; Is a spouse or dependent child of any person whose property is blocked based on these regulations; or Is owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of any person whose property is blocked based on these regulations.
